Every great thing always comes from the smallest thing. Do you agree with it? I absolutely believe it. Students always study from the simplest lessons into the most difficult one until they can create theory themselves or just develop it. An employee does his/her jobs with small responsibilities first. Then if the employer sees that he/she can do the job excellently, the employer will give bigger responsibilities to him/her.
